I am now a very happy owner of a condo at The Waterside thanks to Patty Hughes.
She was a pleasure to work with from the minute I met her at the pool.
We talked a bit about what I was looking for and she had a unit set up for me to look at the same afternoon. Unfortunately in this market , Patty had her work cut out for her because we had to go through 8 different units and offers in order for me to obtain the unit I have today. She was very patient and always willing to go the extra mile if something had to be done or a call needed to be made no matter what day or time is was. I am very appreciative of the work she had to do to close this deal for me. Thank you Patty.
Definitely would recommend Patty to anyone that was is search of a hard working and honest realtor.
