It was amazing to work with Patty to sell and buy a home. She leveraged her own expertise, but also brought in others experienced selling in my area to assess and advise what to expect if we were to go with various different strategies. Once we decided on a strategy, she called on her excellent network of service providers to help get the house ready to sell as quickly and inexpensively as possible. She helped me price it to sell well within our desired timeframe. Once offers started coming in, she helped me assess each one and negotiate effectively to get to where we wanted to be. When it was time to buy, she again gave me a good idea of what to expect, what areas to consider and avoid, and why. She helped me make a good offer on a house that was a great fit for me, and she helped me to negotiate for a great price and terms. She's an amazingly talented and hard-working agent, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
