About Patty

Prior to joining SVN in 2007, McClimans served as a Commercial Property Specialist for Prudential Florida Realty in Naples, FL where she earned membership into the Honor Circle for sales production. McClimans has earned the Achiever’s Award for production at SVN for several years running.

Her father, Frank Nagle, moved the family down to SW Florida from the Philadelphia area in 1964 to begin a career in real estate sales and home building. He retired in the early 90’s after a successful thirty five years in the business in the Naples area.
