Patty was the realtor we chose to sell our home due to a divorce. From the day I met her I warned her that this could get difficult and frustrating, but she assured me she could handle it and would do her best. Well, it turned out to be a million times more difficult than even we had feared it could be. But, Patty never let up. She was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, reassuring, and understanding. I have no doubt that almost everyone else would’ve thrown their hands up in defeat, but she persevered. Our home finally sold despite all the challenges that had to be overcome. She may tell you about them if you ask (and you should, Patty, so they know how good you are). If ever a realtor earned their pay, it was this time. I was so impressed by her diligence and dedication that I promised her I would contract her when it was time for me to look for a new home. If she was able to handle our situation, then she’ll have no problem making sure you’re sale or purchase is handled impeccably. Thank you for your hard work, Patty.

I want to say thank you to Patty for helping me find my home in Otay Ranch. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and patience during the process. At the time of purchase, I was going through some tough times in my personal life. I almost have up on buying because it added to stress I already was dealing with. Patty encouraged me to continue and helped me locate an ideal property that met me and my daughter's needs. I will never forget that act of kindness.

Patty also facilitated sale of one of my properties more recently. She navigated the sale though the COVID 19 guidelines and with renters in place as well. She was able to make the sale at top price, in about three weeks. She navigated each challenge and solved every issue along the way.

Patty was highly recommended to me by a relative, who had an excellent experience during the process of buying her first home. Additionally, I am currently working in the mortgage industry, and I have worked with some unsatisfactory agents, and so during the selling process of our property, I was pleased to confirm Patty excelled in many areas which make her the dream agent we all want to have. Selling a home is a stressful financial decision that requires the assistance of a professional. I am taking this opportunity to share that I was impressed with the qualities she possesses that makes her a shining star.

Dedication:
At our first meeting, we were provided with a detailed market analysis which included sold and pending to sale properties in the area and other pertaining information.
She helped us decide what needed to be done to present the house for sale in the best light, while minimizing the costs of those fixes. Our house was an older home that presented some problems, but she was great in working through the issues. She helped us price the house correctly. Staging, photography, and listing details really showcased our property.

Honesty:
Sellers/buyers need an honest agent, one that will tell us like it is, even if it's not easy to hear. Hearing exactly what we could expect during the process, from sale price to timing and more, is valuable information she provided and we appreciated.

Proactive:
I liked the fact that at the time when the property was going to be appraised, she showed up, introduced herself to the appraiser and presented the latest sales in the area and additional documentation to support the highest asking sales price. I am totally convinced this is the reason why the property was appraised just $1K less than the highest price we were asking to sell for, when reasonably, we were expecting a value toward the lowest sales range price. I also saw how she selected different approaches depending on the issues to be resolved.

Aggressive and polite attitude:
Patty is very polite, has a great attitude, and is also straight forward. At the same time, she is aggressive enough to work hard to put the home in the forefront of the local market. Knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely challenging market.

Great communicator and listener:
We were told in detail where we stand with our selling situation, pros and possible issues were explained to us in detail.
She asked many questions: about our selling motivation, were we in a hurry to sell, details about the property, etc. She always appeared to be tireless and worked on the sale as if it was a priority.

Connections:
Patty is a very well known agent in the community and works with Century 21, a respected agency. She knows many agents in the area, and was willing to work with them in order to sell the home faster. In fact, a few days before the property was ready for sale, she had already emailed all her connections to let them know our property will be listing soon.

We are so happy the house sold quickly without any problems and I have no doubt this is because of Patty's hard work. The process went smooth because she has excellent negotiation skills, is a great advocate, provides excellent customer service, professional, trustworthy, responsive, very organized, hardworking, among other qualities. I am glad to say it was the best experience to work with her, and she will be called once we are ready to sell our condo.
