About Paty

Paty Emrick’s real estate career began three decades ago. Before working as a broker, she was a young mother and college student. Now, she works out of John L. Scott’s Medford office, helping clients buy and sell homes around Medford, Ashland and Grants Pass.

Paty is of Colombian and Basque descent and speaks Spanish and Italian fluently, and often works with the Hispanic community in the area.
