Paul Beaudreau

Over the past five years Paul has sold over 135 million dollars’ worth of real estate covering a wide range of product types: From multi-million-dollar homes in Burlingame, Millbrae and San Mateo to starter homes in San Bruno and South City, Luxury Condo’s in San Francisco to duplexes in Redwood City, multi-unit buildings and vacant land. He’s worked with first time homebuyers, downsizers, seasoned investors, Trust-sales and has successfully guided clients out of foreclosure.

Paul was born and raised in Burlingame and is a proud Burlingame High Alum. Much of his knowledge comes from having this connection to the community. Allowing him to understand the subtleties in value throughout the array of different neighborhoods along the Peninsula. The value of a neighborhood is far more than a school rating or a walk score.

After graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services and minor in History, he returned home to Burlingame to pursue a career in real estate and to help manage his family’s properties. He chose real estate because he wanted to sell a product that he truly believes in; that he’s passionate about. And there’s no better investment than real estate right there in San Mateo County.

In his free time Paul likes to stay active by going to the gym, snowboarding, hiking, backpacking and traveling. He is also a passionate Bay Area sports fan. He has tremendous pride in where he came from, and that directly translates to how he sells real estate.
