About Paul

Paul and Delana Bice are real estate consultants and principals of BICE & Associates. A graduate of the University of Houston, Paul has been a featured speaker at regional and national relocation conventions; and he has written real estate articles for Houston area newspapers. Delana is an alum of Bryan College. Over the years, the Bices have won numerous professional awards, including recognition by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston’s Top 25 Realtors in dollar volume of sales.
