Paul Bielec

Paul is licensed in both Idaho and Washington, specializing in commercial sales and leasing. He successfully represents owners, buyers, landlords and tenants and has one of the highest transaction volumes in the region. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate and personally manages over 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial/industrial space.

Paul has served on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Inland Northwest Chapter and is a past President of Coeur d'Alene Traders Club. Paul is also highly committed in his support of local business, community and philanthropic causes.
