Paul is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive realtor. When we first contacted the Bob Lucido agency we asked for an experienced realtor to guide us through the process of buying our first home. We couldn’t have wished for a better agent to represent us.

Paul is very generous with his time. Our first meeting lasted at least two hours, during which Paul patiently listened, answered our numerous questions, and provided tons of detailed information and insight about the entire home buying process. Not only did we learn a lot from Paul during that first meeting, we also left with a much clearer understanding of what we wanted in our future home.

When we found the house we wanted, Paul had the offer prepared in advance, and submitted it on our behalf immediately. There were 10 competing offers, and ours got accepted. Throughout the following month Paul was there to guide and support us every step of the way. He was very responsive, always ready to pick up the phone, to answer our email or text, and to help us with any issues or concerns we had, big or small. He was proactive, very respectful, always listening, and always following our preferences, responding to our questions, etc. We felt very safe and stress-free working and communicating with Paul. The closing was a very pleasant process, and we couldn’t be happier buyers!

When buying a home, a smart buyer needs an agent that is willing to fight tooth and nail for them, be in constant communication, and be someone you actually want to invite to dinner - once the box with the pans gets found. Communication is key and Mr. Bittner executes to perfection. Paul's commitment to sincerely learn his client's wants and desires shaped our experience so we found the perfect home. Paul understood the things we wanted and the things we didn't like. In this competitive market, you have to get creative with offers and Paul delivers while maintaining his client's financial security and interests. Even after closing Paul has maintained communication to ensure everything is as it should be and help if any issues arise.
Choosing Paul Bittner to be the captain of our home buying team was the best choice we could have made. We found our dream home and Paul, along with his plethora of contacts (trust me, he knows a gal/guy), made it such an enjoyable experience. We decided to move after 34 years at the same home. My daughter and her family along with my husband and I wanted to sell out respective houses and buy a multi-generational home together. Paul Bittner took the time to listen to all of our "must haves" and was always available to take us to look at a home we thought would work. We soon realized what we thought we wanted and what we actually wanted were a little different. Paul was up to the task and we found our forever home!

That was not to be the end of the story. When preparing to go to settlement there was a major problem on the other side of the negotiation table that no one could have anticipated. Paul spent many hours making calls, keeping us updated and informed of each development. At one point it looked like settlement was not going to happen. Paul went above and beyond our expectations.
He felt and understood our fears and concerns. He assured us he was would do everything possible to ensure settlement happened. During this difficult time Paul kept us focused while recognizing and addressing our anxiety.

We did go to settlement as promised and we are happy with our forever home!

We do not believe other realtors would have had the experience, tenacity or comprehension of how to resolve the issue. Paul did it with resolve and grace.

Paul Bittner treated us like family through the entire process. He listened to us and if he was not available immediately he always called us back when he said he would. He communicated and kept his promise to help us through each step.

Working with Paul was an amazing experience. He was always super kind, attentive, and was ahead of things before I even asked. The first day that I met Paul was like an interview to see if I wanted to work with him. He listened and paid attention to my needs as far as selling this house and finding me one that suited my next step. I was looking into a community of 55 and older. So we talked for about 45 minutes and I felt like he understood everything and he left. Fifteen minutes later he calls and I thought maybe he had gotten something but he already had an appointment to the place I wanted to go look at.
