I have known Paul for over 30 years. When the time came for my son and his fiance to buy a house, Paul was my first and only call. He was very responsive and patient throughout the whole "house hunting" process. He was with my son as they looked at many houses before they decided to buy one. After that, Paul was very helpful and responsive right through the purchase process. We had lots of questions and he was always quick to respond with an answer. He is a young man with integrity and takes great pride in his job. This is why he has been so successful in his career.

Working with Paul was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our home. We were somewhat pressed to get rid of our home due to personal reasons so there was uncertainty right from the start. Paul definitely shot straight with us but also gave us an optimistic perspective as well. As luck would have it, it worked out in our favor! Descriptors include responsiveness, knowledgeable, a strong focus on finding the right home rather than a “sale”, they take time to get to know you and what is important to our family. Their work ethic and availability is exceptional. While they know the entire Twin City market, they are complete experts on the history and trends on Prior Lake. No one knows this lake better than they do as they both live on it as well. Finally, they are both simply fun people.
