About Paul

Paul is originally from Pittsburgh and after a few years on the West Coast in San Jose, he found himself visiting a little beach town in South Carolina and and loved it! With a little planning and a lucky house find, he threw away his snow shovel and ice scraper and has been in Myrtle Beach since 2005. Bike Weeks, outdoor concerts, beach days, jet skis, lazy boat rides at sunset, and morning rides to the Jetties, wakeboarding on the ICW, a lot of golf balls lost, a ton of friends found during Sunday Funday Concerts, watching his daughter walk after four years at CCU and working a little here and there has made this little town his home. He can’t think of anywhere else he would rather live than on The Grand Strand. He would love to show you all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer not just the well-known amazing tourist attractions but little local spots as well. He has a few decades of experience with his own rental properties, home purchases, and sales and now is focused on helping people find ‘Not just a Home, but also a Lifestyle’.
