About Paul

Paul Brooks moved to Key West from Asheville, North Carolina, where he studied biology and chemistry while coaching and directing a competitive gymnastics program. A vacation to the Keys was Paul's first taste of his future home. He relished the opportunity to move from cold mountain streams to the clear warm waters of Key West. Upon his arrival, he fell in love with the multitude of homes on the island, igniting his passion for a career in Real Estate. With a keen eye for design, architecture, and photography, Paul stays current in the different trends in marketing for home sales. Paul's determination in the Real Estate field landed him the 2018 Rookie of the Year for the Key West Association of Realtors. Paul is also licensed in North Carolina as he continues to help friends and families find their perfect home.
