Paul’s family moved to Florida while he was in high school, and he has lived most of his life in the Manatee Sarasota County area. After serving in the Marines and traveling, he chose to come back and settle here because he loves Florida and specifically, the Gulf Coast.

Paul has lived in this area since 1979 and has watched and participated in the growth that they have experienced. In addition to a Florida Real Estate Sales license, he holds FAA Private Pilot and Commercial UAS (drone) licenses, a Florida All-Lines Insurance Adjuster's license, and he is certified by FEMA for the National Flood Insurance Program as an Adjuster. Paul is an active member of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association.
In his leisure time, he spends time with his large local family! It seems like there is always a birthday, anniversary, holiday, graduation, or kid's sporting event happening and Paul loves to be part of the culinary efforts for these celebrations.
