Paul Canfield is a lifelong resident of the Chippewa Valley. He's been an active member of the Realtor's Association of North West Wisconsin since 1997. He is an agent for Copper Key Realty & Waterfront, LLC.

Paul's primary focus for the past three decades has been listing residential real estate in and around Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He was innovative in changing the way commissions were paid in the MLS long before the Nationwide lawsuit that changed real estate in 2024.

Paul has been a trainer and manager at most of the companies that he has worked with over the years, feeling that real estate sales is an educational process not only with all the agents but with buyers and sellers.

Paul has also been hired a number of times to be an expert witness in real estate lawsuits in Wisconsin.
