Paul Chiolo

Paul Chiolo has more than 34 years of experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. He has started, owned and franchised more than a dozen successful businesses including Keller Williams Realty – Jersey Shore, Oceanside Realty, Referral Company of New Jersey, Shore Resort Property Management, Oceanview Motel, Oceanic Hotel and Sand Castle Motels,Bar and Restaurants.

Paul’s business skills are reflected in his most recent project. Under Paul’s leadership, Keller Williams Realty – Jersey Shore successfully launched/expanded from the Wildwoods to Ocean City. Keller Williams recently granted all of Cape May County to Paul with the intention of further expansion of the franchise.

Paul’s greatest strengths are his approachability and determination. Equally as important, Paul enjoys his work, particularly working closely with his team and achieving strategic objectives.

Paul is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia, PA. and has attained his pilot certifications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Since then, he has earned many designations, such as CRS,CRB, all designations earned at various trainings throughout the US. Paul is also holds an instructors license from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
