About Paul
Paul has felt an intense interest in architecture and real estate ever since he was a child, believing that he would pursue a career in architecture. As a result, he pursued a part-time college education after high school, venturing into business administration. Concurrently, he obtained his real estate broker's license at age 22, working in that field while completing his undergraduate degree. Paul continued to graduate school in real estate and urban development, believing that he might be involved with the construction of new buildings and communities.
Paul quickly learned that most corporate real estate development positions would be in the southern/western US. He decided to remain in the area, looking locally into his field of study. He landed a position in a real estate development company that specialized in the construction of affordable housing. He realized that he is somewhat of a maverick relative to working in the corporate world, preferring to work for himself. This proved difficult at first until he came to the realization that his initial love of architecture and real estate could be harnessed in residential real estate.
