Paul Fritz

Paul Fritz, Jr. has worked in the Real Estate industry for 20 years. First gaining experience in
Facilities Management, Property Management and Commercial Development, Paul went on to become a licensed REALTOR in 2012. His devotion to the industry shines through in consistent achievements over the years. Among his awards, Paul was named among top Ellis County 40-under-40 Business Professionals in 2018 and Best of Ellis County Top 3 Real Estate Agents in 2019 and 2020, earning the title of number 1 Real Estate Agent in 2020. His passion for knowledge and ongoing achievement led him to attain RCS-D Designation and CPRES Certification in 2021, earn his Broker's license in 2022, attain his SRES Certification in 2022, and attain his NHCP in 2023. As a seasoned real estate professional and natural teacher, Paul is dedicated to fully advocating for his clients and ensuring they are confidently making informed decisions. He sees other Realtors as partners in this initiative, not as his competition. Outside of the office, Paul feels called to further serve the communities in which he and his family live and work. He currently sits on the board for The Heights Ellis County Family Resources and he funds performing arts scholarships and theater programs at Life High School Waxahachie.
