Before becoming a REALTOR® Paul spent over 25 years in progressive leadership positions in the manufacturing industry leading teams in continuous improvement initiatives to better serve customers. This is where Paul became skilled in building solid working relationships with several clients by providing quality products and service through effective communication and on-time product delivery in fast-paced environments.
Paul has experienced three personal corporate relocations and understands the process from both a family and client perspective. He also owned investment property for over 10 years where he performed all the functions as a manager and did all the maintenance himself. He has also owned 4 single family residences and has hands-on remodeling experience including kitchen & bath remodeling, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, ceramic tile, painting, paper-hanging and installing crown molding. Paul used this experience to help build houses for the Hurricane Katrina effort.
Paul is a veteran having served honorably in the United States Army. He was a member of the 1st Cavalry Division as well as the 25th Infantry Division and deployed to South Korea for a two-month cold weather training exercise with the Korean Army.
When not serving clients, Paul has enjoyed playing softball as a member of his church softball team and volunteering at various church events including preparing meals on a monthly basis for people in need. He has been a member of the Butler County Investment Property Owner’s Association for the past couple of years working with Real Estate Investors.
