Paul takes a very personalized and hands on approach to working with his clients. We found him to be responsive and excellent to deal with. He was always readily available to answer questions or provide additional info we needed. Evenings, weekends or whenever. The photos he had taken for the sale of our home were exceptional.
The selling of our home and purchase of our new home was all done in a very compressed timeframe. Paul managed the process smoothly and kept us sane!

I cannot say enough about what a great realtor Paul Griffin is. I live hours away from a property I needed to sell. Paul handled everything, down to the last detail. He hired contractors and and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to make the 2+ hour drive, a major convenience since I work fulltime and have other responsibilities. Plus, he had it sold before I could blink an eye. This is the 4th property I've sold since 2016. This was the quickest and most pleasant transaction of them all. When it comes to finding a mechanic or a dentist or some person of service, the most important thing to me is character. If I don't trust the person, I'm not going to want to do business with them. Paul has great character and has been honest and open with me from the get-go. His honesty and integrity and dedication to his job is what makes him a standout to me. Any questions I have had for him in regard to my condo were quickly answered, and Paul seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and inquiries about my property. The market in Phoenix is competitive and hot and relocating in the age of COVID presented significant challenge. While moving from Missouri to Phoenix, we had to review homes virtually; however, by the time you saw a home you liked, they would be pending sale. It was a very discouraging process - until we had Paul become our agent. Paul would walk through homes virtually and provide detailed description and information (everything from smell to temperature, etc). When we found the home we wanted, Paul was all over it - from the offer, to inspections, to negotiation - Paul was professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. From beginning to end, he had our backs. I highly recommend Paul with extreme enthusiasm.
