We called Paul, from out of state, to see a property he had listed in Waynesboro. It was wonderful to work with someone so professional and knowledgeable. Having lived here all his life, Paul was able to answer all our questions about the community, as well as the home we were looking at with him. His reach in the community includes knowing contractors, the arts community, the medical system and even where to shop!! He was quick to respond to calls/emails/texts and was willing to do what ever we needed to help us make the right choice for us. This included recommending a great place to stay the night, with a sweet discount. We have dealt with quite a number and variety of real estate professionals during this year long process and Paul surpassed them all in terms of both quality and service. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy a home!

I have to say Paul Gunder is the very best! I was purchasing an historic home and we ran into many obstacles in the months and weeks leading up to the closing. Each time we had an issue, Paul in his very calm and professional manner, worked with all parties to resolve the problem. Even after the closing when issues arise, he steps up and figures a way to work with the authorities or whomever it takes to find the best possible solution. I would like to say thank you to Paul Gunder, for all the help you gave us when we listed our home with you. We were in Florida and Paul watch our home like it was his. He always answered his phone, if he couldn't he would return me call promptly. He made us feel at ease with the whole process. We put our home up for sale at about the same time the Covid 19 hit. The closing wasn't a normal closing due to Covid 19. We couldn't all meet together it had to be done separately, seller then buyer.
