About Paul

Born and raised in a western suburb of Illinois, I have always had a passion for the real estate industry. As a young college student, I had the opportunity to work for a local real estate company as an assistant service person, preparing homes for sale. I also gained valuable experience working for a small family construction company as a tradesman, building strip malls and office buildings in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. These experiences ignited my love for the real estate industry, and I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in this field. In 2002, I began my career as a Realtor with a focus on property management and helping first-time buyers and sellers achieve their dreams of home ownership. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping countless clients navigate the real estate market and successfully achieve their goals. In recent years, I have also helped investors build profitable real estate portfolios and increase their financial stability through real estate investments. As an active member of the Realtor Association of the Fox Valley, I have had the honor of serving as the 2019-220 president of the Realtor Association of Fox Valley, a role in which I worked tirelessly to support and advance the interests of my fellow real estate agents and the clients we serve. During my time as president, I led efforts to promote professionalism and ethical conduct within the industry, advocated for policies that support homeownership and affordable housing, and worked to foster collaboration and networking opportunities among real estate professionals in the Fox Valley region and the State of Illinois. In recognition of my contributions to the industry and my commitment to excellence, I was named the 2023 Realtor of the Year. This prestigious award is a testament to my dedication to providing exceptional service and support to my clients and fellow real estate professionals.
