So, we entered the house-hunting game with no experience, and no real idea what to look for-all we knew was we wanted to buy a home. Paul guided us through countless walk throughs, explained everything to us, and reassured us time and again. Never once did he make us feel like a burden or he didn't have time. I honestly don't know how we could have navigated the process without Paul, and moving forward am certain to seek his help again. I would recommend him to friends, to family, and anyone who wants an honest, patient, and kind hand in buying or selling their home.
Well, we did it! We sold the house we had Paul help us find just 4 years ago and made our money back plus some. Paul was very positive during the selling process. We went back into the Navy and needed to sell fast. Paul told us what needed fixed and we had a confirmed bid the day we put it up for sale. I hope the next family loves our home as much as we did. If we come back to Ohio we will have Paul help us again for the 3rd time.
