About Paul

Paul has been a residential real estate nut for the better part of his adult life. Even in his early years, he recognized the enjoyment it gave him when his parents would drive around town on the weekends looking at different homes and neighborhoods with admiration of both the architectural styles and curb appeal.

Having spent a majority of his adult life in Seattle he found himself drawn to a career in health care where he felt his efforts could directly help the lives of people within his community. He served as a Strategic Project Manager for one of Washington States' largest employers, a non-profit healthcare consortium.

While advancing his skills for managing complex, fast-moving projects in his day job, his fondness continued to grow for residential real estate having owned, fixed and sold multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest. He and his husband eventually went on to design and build custom homes with their own two hands. Paul has experience with classic architectural styles as well as modern and mid-century, this enables him to not only appreciate and understand architectural design concepts but have a good knowledge of what it actually takes to build a beautiful new home or reimagine a classic, from the ground up!

I had a fantastic experience working with Paul Linger in 2019 and again in 2023, in buying and then selling my first property in Palm Springs, CA. Paul is thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, down to earth and approachable, patient (especially considering all of my first-time homebuyer and seller questions:) and always prioritized my best interests. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a wonderful person and excellent real estate agent. Everyone I met through Paul to assist in these transactions (escrow, mortgage broker, etc) were exceptional as well: wonderful people who are excellent in their profession. I haven’t had the opportunity to meet Jim, but I’m 1000% confident he is wonderful as well. Wholeheartedly recommend!!
