As a past real estate investor, Paul has purchased, renovated, rented and sold both single and multi-family homes on the North Fork; a unique insight for any home buyer or seller. Of the homes he's worked on, several of these were older and in need of major work. Paul prides himself in saving a home and returning it to a vibrant, usable property in the community for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. With prior experience working on computer programs for a number of corporations in Manhattan, Paul has understanding and appreciation of the corporate workplace, as well as how technology can assist in the sale and/or purchase of real estate.
