Paul was excellent to work with while assisting me with relocating from out of state to be closer to relatives. I was only able to be in Columbia between Christmas and New Years, and he took time away from this family and holiday rest season to book immediate showings for me on a few houses I was interested in seeing during that short period. He helped me negotiate pricing on the house I ended up purchasing in a very quick and timely manner. He stopped by the new house numerous times to report back on some inquiries I had on the interior and the garage. He also showed me around the neighborhood and all the area stores and restaurants while I was there. I would highly recommend Paul to be your realtor!

Paul was an absolute Rockstar to work with! I was still stationed overseas and my wife was already back stateside when we were trying to find the perfect house in Columbia, and Paul made it happen and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. He regularly sent both of us recommendations based on the desired features we told him, and consistently coordinated with my wife and I to be able to take her to see the houses while keeping me in the loop on everything. Paul's kindness and general caring for his clients has not ended since we moved into our house almost three years ago. Every year we still receive Christmas cards from him and regularly receive additional kind words and well-wishes from him. If/when the time comes for us to move out of our house, Paul will be the FIRST person we call to work with on the sale. He's an awesome realtor and an amazing person. You're missing out if you work with anyone else.

I’m so grateful to have Paul McCullough as my realtor. My husband and I needed to sell two homes and purchase another. Just the thought of all the stress that comes with selling/buying a home was multiplied and I went into panic mode. But I didn’t stay stressed for long because Paul came in and saved the day! He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient. He took time to truly listen to what we wanted in a home and then found EXACTLY what we were looking for.
