But, that is not why I do this. I help people either Buy or Sell homes because I absolutely LOVE what I do. There is no better feeling than handing over the keys to first time home buyers. Finding and negotiating a price that my clients can afford is very rewarding. On the listing side I use a scientific approach to price a home but, show it with the human touch. Personal integrity is key. I uphold the Code of Ethics required by the National Association of Realtors. Being a Realtor® is not a requirement in this state,but, in my business practices it is.
I employ a vast undersanding of the digital world and have a background creating effective digital, social media marketing as well as traditional marketing campaigns. Building and maintaining client relationships is what I do best. Leveraging core strengths to maximize success.
