Paul Moreton

Paul has worked in real estate since 2006 after several years in the financial services marketing and accounting fields. He has worked in various positions with John Hancock and Sun Life Financial in marketing brokerage services, annuities, long-term care insurance and mortgage banking. With this very diversified background, Paul has a great deal of experience with change which enables him to connect quickly with his client’s needs. He takes pride in having an excellent understanding of what’s important to each client and fulfilling their home goals.

Paul lived in the South End for nearly 20 years and spent his time there renovating and restoring his units. He now lives in Watertown in a renovated bungalow. Paul is very active with town community groups including the civic organization World in Watertown. He is also a board member of MetroWest Collaborative Development, an affordable community housing development organization.

We bought our first house with Paul Moreton of Real Estate 109, and the experience could not have been better. As first time homeowners we had a lot to learn along the way, and Paul walked us through each step from narrowing down neighborhoods, selecting homes to see in person, and identifying what to look for in evaluating properties. He followed us all the way through the offer and closing process. For many weeks in a row Paul spent both Saturday and Sunday with us visiting properties, sometimes with two appointments a day to accommodate our toddler's nap time!
