Before beginning his real estate career, Paul built an impressive record of leadership and customer service excellence. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and raised in Southern California, he earned his pilot's license at just 16 years old and became one of the youngest licensed pilots in the United States. He studied Aeronautics at San Jose State University before completing a Business degree at Cal Poly University.
Paul spent 20 years with American Airlines, serving in executive management positions, including Director of Quality and Customer Service. His expertise in customer experience led to keynote presentations across the country, including an invitation from President George H. W. Bush following his presentation at the International Conference on Customer Service.
He later served as Vice President of Marketing for Executive Development Systems, consulting and training Fortune 500 companies before founding PRO Enterprises, a business and customer service consulting firm whose clients included American Airlines, Nordstrom, and Mandalay Bay Resorts. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for 4Giving.
Today, Paul brings decades of executive leadership, negotiation, marketing, and customer service experience to every real estate transaction. His business background enables him to help clients make informed decisions while navigating the complexities of buying and selling homes throughout Southern Arizona.
Beyond real estate, Paul is committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Long Realty Cares Foundation, which has helped distribute nearly $4.2 million to more than 230 charitable organizations since 2002. He also enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures and cuisines, and living a life grounded in faith, service, and helping others.
