Paul Pike is a founding member of the Paul Pike Group, and a consistent 'Top Producer' in Washington, DC area real estate. With a combined experience of 15+ years in the Washington, DC area real estate market, the Paul Pike Group provides consistent results through individualized services in DC's most prestigious neighborhoods. Paul obtained a degree in marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following a career in politics both on Capitol Hill and the Administration, as well as nearly ten years in the public relations field with The Air Transport Association, Paul in 2001 turned his passion of renovating homes and investing in real estate into a full-time career. He is dedicated to providing a full range of real estate services and is highly skilled in the marketing of fine properties and has perfected his financing and strategic negotiating skills to best serve his clients. Having purchased and renovated homes in Kalorama Heights, Georgetown, Dupont Circle & Logan Circle, Paul prides himself on his extensive knowledge of these and other close-in neighborhoods, as well as his expertise and contacts in the renovation of luxury properties. A native of Michigan, Paul is an Instrument-Rated Private Pilot, with an intense passion for flying his Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft. Other interests include neighborhood involvement, physical fitness, skiing and nearly any outdoor activity. He currently resides in a Logan Circle townhouse which he completely renovated and was completed in late 2011.
