With nearly 40 years of experience I have been involved with hundreds of transactions in every type of real estate. I have experience in marketing real estate in various ways including auctions and sealed bids. I have also been on the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin ( RASCW ) board of directors serving one year as board vice president. I have also served on the RASCW Housing Foundation board of directors. The Housing Foundation provides down payment assistance loans to low and medium income individuals.
