I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 2003, with a background in the trades through Union Local 721. That experience gives me a practical understanding of how homes are built, how they perform, and what to look for beyond the surface—something my clients rely on whether they’re buying or selling.
While my license says “salesperson,” my role is closer to a real estate advisor. I’m here to guide you, educate you, and help you make decisions that are best for you and your family—not just complete a transaction. A big part of that is identifying potential hurdles early and working through them before they become problems.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked through all types of markets and understand that no two situations are the same. Whether I’m helping a seller properly prepare, price, and position their home, or helping a buyer evaluate value and structure a strong offer, everything is done with a clear plan and purpose.
I take a very hands-on approach, and communication is a big part of that. My clients and I stay in close contact throughout the process—text, email, or phone—so nothing gets missed and you always know what’s happening next.
