Paul has been always very responsive to my inquiries. Since he is both a licensed realtor and mortgage broker he knows both sides of the fence and what they expect. Accordingly there are no surprises which I greatly appreciate. Paul also gives concise, precise and easily understood answers. He doesn’t wander all over the place. I highly recommend Paul based on my experiences with him often involving some complicated issues. This is important to me as I don’t always understand the jargon. He also keeps up with the legal changes in the profession. And most importantly one can trust Paul to be confidential. He is a consummate professional.
