During the summers of his college days, Paul was fortunate to enjoy the abundance of this area's watersports, while living close to the ocean, with its playful surf and comforting ways.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, he then gained valuable real estate experience with careers as an "Insurance Estimator of Replacement Cost Construction on Residential Property"; "Commission Appraisal Staff to Review County Assessed Values of Residential Property"; and "Business Ownership of Resort Rentals".
