About Paul

In 2000, Paul Schiliro founded the Nothnagle Realtors Commercial Real Estate Division at Nothnagle Realtors, Rochester, NY which was subsequently acquired by Hanna Commercial in 2015.

For almost a quarter of a century, Paul has consistently achieved top commercial sales agent awards in the Greater Rochester Area Market and has been one of the Company’s most productive commercial agents, brokering some of the Company’s largest sales transactions including:

· $42.5 million sale of a 26-unit new Class A multifamily apartment complex

· $18 million sale of the 573,000 SF Xerox Corporation manufacturing facility to Harris Corp.

· $10 million sale of a large neighborhood retail plaza with over 35 stores consisting of several national and regional tenants

· $6 million medical building sale/leaseback

· $4.75 million sale of three Town of Greece public schools (200K SF) in Monroe County

In addition to almost 25 years providing brokerage services, Paul also has a strong corporate background:

? As a former Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Paul audited a
variety of businesses including hospitals, manufacturing facilities, banks and non-profits.

? As part of Eastman Kodak’s Corporate Real Estate and Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Paul was the World-Wide Transition Manger responsible for overseeing the $565 million sale of the Company’s Office Imaging Division to Danka Corporation, involving the sale of assets in virtually all countries of the World.

Paul graduated from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY in 1983 with a B.S in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, and is fluent in Italian; and, having achieved the National Spanish Honorary Award, has a working knowledge of Spanish.
