I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 20 years, and real estate has truly been in my blood since day one—my mother, Nancy, was a REALTOR® for over 35 years. After graduating from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business with a degree in Marketing, I immediately dove into real estate and built a thriving career as a top-producing agent, consistently achieving over $20 million in annual sales and earning Platinum and Master’s Club awards. My mission has always been simple: to make every client feel like they are my only client. That same client-first mindset now drives how I lead, coach, and collaborate with agents—empowering them to build sustainable, high-performing businesses that align with their personal and professional goals.
