Paul Scott is originally from Northern Virginia and moved to Nashville in 2005 to pursue the music industry. During his 15+ successful years in the music business as a touring/recording artist, as well as guitarist/vocalist/tour manger for ACM/CMA nominated Duo LOCASH, Paul utilized his skills in Real Estate investment along the way to supplement his income in an ever changing music industry. This grew into a passion for helping others acquire housing and wealth through Real Estate, resulting in Paul becoming an agent here in Music City USA. Since then, Paul has been consistently recognized as a Top Producer for KW on both local and regional levels. In 2022, Paul was named the South East Regional Ambassador for the Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment Division, representing over 500 agents in TN, GA, and AL them within Keller Williams Realty International.
Working in the entertainment industry also led Paul to work with multiple Pro Sports teams and high level sponsors such as Pepsi, Budweiser, multiple NFL, NBA, MLB, teams including Nashville’s very own Titans and Predators. His ability to “speak the language” of entertainers and athletes allows them to feel at home with Paul as their trusted resource in Real Estate. Paul lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife and 4 children, loves the outdoors, all sports, continues to perform music, and believes Faith and Family are the foundation for building great Homes.
