Paul was our realtor for buying our first home in Oct 2025 (he came recommended by a friend) and we are so thankful to have worked with him! He did a stellar job educating us as first-time homebuyers before we decided to work with him, and he walked us through several things to keep an eye out for at each house we viewed. He also helped us put together our offer, counteroffer, and other negotiations to be competitive in a difficult market. He is extremely responsive and good at what he does. He will never pressure you to buy something—if anything, he’ll be very honest about whether he’d recommend NOT buying it! You won’t regret working with Paul. He’s at the top of the game!

Mr. Simon was very honest, nice and very professional with us. He was hesitant with the lender that we were originally approved with, so he helped us get a well known VA approval from another company. My husband and I were overwhelmed when it came time to buying a house. Finding a good realtor was even worse. Fortunately for the both of us, we were recommended Paul Simon.

First time we met Paul, he greeted us with a big smile. He was very upfront with us about what he could do for us. When it came time to deliver, Paul delivered results in spades. He was always honest, NEVER tried to oversell us. Going into a home, he let us roam without implanting any ideas of the house into our heads. Any decision we made, we made of our own accord. When we asked Paul for his opinion on things, he was always honest. We finally found a home we loved, and Paul did everything in his power to help us close the sale. We owe him big time. Because of him, my husband and I found our forever home. You won't find better than Paul!
