Mr. Simon is a Real Estate Professional serving the St Petersburg Real Estate Market, he is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

Prior to his career in Real Estate Mr. Simon was in the Solid Waste Management Business for more than 2 decades. His last company formed in 2018 was Bayside Waste Services. Immediately before the formation of Bayside Waste Services, Mr. Simon was the founder and Managing Partner of Gateway Rolloff Service, a waste hauling company in the Tampa Bay region, specializing in construction & demolition (C/D) debris. Mr, Simon started the business in the year 2000 and was personally responsible for all aspects of the business,

Prior to the startup of Gateway Rolloff Service, Mr. Simon spent five years on the management team of Kimmins Recycling Corp (KRC). KRC was a $60million dollar waste hauling and recycling company with five regional operations throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Simon managed directly or indirectly all of these facilities, including Miami in the direct aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. During his time with KRC, Mr. Simon gained extensive knowledge of the C/D recycling industry. Early in Mr. Simon’s career he also managed the startup of a beverage distribution company in Tampa.

His volunteer work has included 10 years on the Steering Committee and 2 years as Co-Chair for Paint Your Heart Out Tampa, a charity that paints over 100 homes in a single day for the elderly and disadvantaged. He also served as the Treasurer for Maple Ridge Ranch, a summer youth camp in Upstate New York. Mr. Simon attended the University of Tampa majoring in business management. He has been married for 34 years and has a daughter who graduated from Florida State University and is now serving in the United States Army as a Combat Medic
