Paul did a great job! We renovated and sold a house in Maryland even though we live in New York. Paul stepped up to manage the process on the ground and facilitate arrangements with local contractors and other professionals. He also worked with the buyers' agent and the title company to ensure a smooth settlement process. He answered all of our questions and provided troubleshooting support and advice along the way. He knows the market and he knows the process. He has the knowledge, experience, contacts, technological tools and determination to make it all work. Paul was very knowledgeable of the home buying and selling process and came to the table with qualified and professional resources to take care of the myriad of tasks involved in preparing my home for sale and ensuring the house I was buying was as expected. He also very generously and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns (because I’d never sold a house before). All of this led of to a smooth and uneventful settlement. Highly recommend.
