From the very first time he met with us over a year ago to when both the sale of our home and the purchase of the next one closed *on the same day* he was there for us.

One of Paul's key strengths in the selling of your home is the way he markets your home. Before we knew for sure that we were going to sell, he put a team together to help us show off our home in the best light. That team included a staging expert who helped us decide what we should do to make our home look its very best. He also hired a great real estate photographer to capture interior photos, video footage, and a 3d tour of our home. Those efforts combined to make our home look its very best once it hit the market.

When our home did hit the market, we had over 50 showings in two days and more than a dozen offers! Paul guided us through understanding each offer so that we could select the one that met our needs best.

When it came time to do the final negotiation, Paul was able to get our buyers to agree to close the very same day that we bought our new dream home!

Thank you, Paul St. Andrew for not only being a great realtor, but for always putting our needs first. We not only gained a realtor, but we gained a good friend along the way. We would highly recommend Paul St. Andrew to help you sell or buy your home--he's the best!

Paul was the listing agent for the house we bought. When a storm damaged a large tree and gutter on the house 36 hours before we closed, he was instrumental in negotiating a reasonable reduction to cover the costs of replacing the tree and repairing the gutter. He went out of his way to keep the deal on track and the closing go smoothly by keeping the sellers and me happy. I suspect that he helped the sellers make the home attractive to buyers because it sold itself upon entering the front door--even though a family of five lived in the house while it was being shown! Since the purchase, he has continually checked in with us to make sure the house is everything we wanted it to be. (I recognize this is good business but as an agent who didn't actually represent me, we find this follow-through remarkable.) I highly recommend Paul for selling or buying your next home!
