Paul was a great help with purchasing our home in South Windsor. He had our best interest at heart and didn't push us into something that wasn't right for us. He was easy to contact and always quick to respond. He also was a great resource lining up the inspection and walked us through the closing process. Paul did a wonderful job helping us get the price in the time frame we wanted for our house. Paul's outstanding personal service and hard work are what made it a fast and smooth transaction for us.

He listened to our wishes in setting a price. Paul supplied us with a contractor to complete some minor repairs before listing the house. He worked with the photographer to get the best pictures possible to generate traffic. When the buyers showed interest, he made sure he was at the house for their second and third showings. After the house went under contract, he was there for every inspection to represent our interests. In addition, since we had already moved, he maintained our pool right up to the closing. He steered us to an excellent lawyer for the closing. And throughout this process, he communicated regularly with us whenever there was any activity or issue.

His service and dedication to to his clients is fantastic. He quickly earned our trust and we never had to worry when Paul said he would take care of it. I give Paul Theriault my highest recommendation. He does his clients right.
