About Paul

He has been married to Janice for over 30 years and has two children, Greg and Elaine. His interests include travel, racquetball, and cycling.

From 1988 to present, he has worked as a licensed real estate broker for Security Pacific Real Estate. He works full time to provide quality service to all clientele. In 2005-2006, he was the manager for Security Pacific Real Estate. From 1975-1988, he was the president for Triplett & Associates, Inc. where he was in charge of real estate listing, sales, and development. He was also an instructor in real estate at Contra Costa College from 1975-1977. Prior to that, he worked part time while in college and full time in real estate upon graduation.

He has a BS in business administration with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute of California (GRI).

He has held numerous positions with the West Contra Costa Association of Realtors, including president in 1979. He is currently serving as treasurer of the Scholarship Foundation. He was a state director for the California Association of Realtors in 1975, 1977-1980.

He has also been involved in various community activities. From 2000 to present, he has been with Crown Financial Ministries. From 2000-2002, he was the vice chairman for 94803 Task Force. From 1998-2000, he was with Northshore Community Church as an elder. He was also the president of El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce from 1983-1989 and was on the El Sobrante Traffic Committee from 1985-1989.
