Paul Voss

Paul Voss has enjoyed assisting buyers as a "Buyer's Agent" and the seller's as a "Listing Agent" with the Stark Company Realtors since they merged Simon & Voss, Inc with them in 1999. He graduated from UW Madison with a degree in Education and has found this to be an asset in helping clients to better understand the real estate process.

Paul Voss is an optimist by nature and a perfectionist by experience and these are traits his clients have come to appreciate when working with him, either buying or selling real estate. Real estate today involves legal contracts, real estate knowledge of material and adverse facts, inspections, representations and trust, all of which are critical components in every transaction.
