This is the second time I've had to pleasure of working with Paul to purchase a home, and the first time he helped me sell one. In both scenarios, I cannot recommend him more highly. Paul was incredibly responsive to our requests, sometimes within minutes. He would provide not just advice as a realtor, but also as a homeowner, a landlord, and his own personal perspective.

What I most enjoyed about working with Paul is that he matched his style to our needs. I've heard stories of realtors that are pushy and overbearing. Their style clashes with the buyers/sellers, making it a difficult and uncomfortable relationship to manage. With Paul, I never felt pressured to make a decision, to buy or sell quickly. If I was ready to go see houses, Paul was ready to go see houses. If I needed space to think, Paul gave space and advice.

Paul is not only a true professional, but he is also one of the kindest and most honest people I have ever met. I hope I'll have the chance to work with Paul again in the future. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Paul was my realtor for the purchase of my 4th home. Not that purchasing my 4th home is a big deal, but the process and time it takes for me to make that final decision is long and laborious especially for a realtor. I’m sure I would not have been able to purchase had I worked with any other realtor.
Paul was warned that I would not make a quick decision, I was not in a rush but would purchase if all the stars lined up. By the end of the first month if he did not believe my initially, I’m sure he was starting to determine there was a large degree of truth to that warning. Paul never wavered! We went through a sellers market and the transition back to the buyers market. From my decision to buy in two other states, all of Cobb and Cherokee and some of South Fulton!!!! Paul has shown me at least 25 different properties and written @ least 10 offers and counters.
In this market I often hear potential buyers complain, their realtor is not readily available, only wants to show a very limited number of properties, and provides little information about the purchasing options, tools and programs. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER TRUE OF PAUL. Paul has been the extreme opposite. His market knowledge, and professionalism at every level was OUTSTANDING! As a 30 year veteran educator and leader I rarely rate anyone’s performance exceptional in every area, but that is exactly how I assess Paul as my realtor. Throughout the two year process, I sincerely believed Paul primarily wanted me to be satisfied with whatever purchase I made. I really believed he cared! When the service itself impacts you with such a genuine belief, that is EXCELLENCE!!!
Paul’s collaboration and synergy with him team made the process virtually seamless! It was evident he held team members to the same standards of excellence he delivered!
Paul is the realtor of choice for all my real estate needs and the only referral I will make to my family and friends.

Paul Washington and our experience together:
I can only give Paul Washington five stars here, but in reality, he deserves far more. I moved from California to the Atlanta with absolutely no knowledge of the market or area. Paul was simply put...absolutely stellar!!

On a macro level Paul is a top producer with Keller Williams, comes armed with a huge knowledge base in terms of the market, is ethical, professional, rock solid reliable and a great communicator.

On a micro level as applied to me, Paul went above and beyond. While Paul does much of his work in and around the Woodstock area, he did not hesitate to drive one hour plus south so I could view a property in Peachtree City. A property I eventually purchased. Had he not gone the extra yard, my outcome may have been far different.

If you are looking for property in the Woodstock, Canton and Kennesaw area and beyond, I highly recommend a chat with Paul as you begin to make decisions about your real estate team. My hope is the phone call will be as fruitful for you as it was for me.

Paul helped us buy a house, remotely (from out of state), in this insanely competitive "seller's market". He was professional, prompt, and effective - and it took all his years of experience to guide us to a successful bid without terribly overpaying for our new property. We are delighted with the house, despite buying it mostly sight unseen! Paul was very skilled at remote showings and really took the time to understand our needs and wants very thoroughly. He also provided very sound advice throughout the contingency periods (once under contract), and was instrumental in negotiating what in the end was a fair price despite multiple competing offers. Despite his obvious interest in getting to a close, he always came across as a trusted advisor and ensured our eyes were open to every important (and potentially costly/problematic) detail. He even continued to work hard on our behalf after we backed out of a previous offer due to a very problematic appraisal and high initial repair costs that the seller was not willing to help with. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy a house, and likely sell one as well (although I can't speak from first hand experience on the sell-side). If he is as effective a seller's agent as he is a buyer's agent, I would consider his commission excellent value for the money.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Paul Washington. We recently worked with Paul from start to finish as we built/purchased our new home outside of Atlanta. We are quite particular and spoke to several different realtors in the Atlanta metro area until we met Paul. He instantly put our minds at ease through his in depth knowledge of home construction and the local market. Paul was always very friendly, professional, informative, and patient with us.

Paul is extremely skilled at handling negotiations and contractual matters with builders. He was always sure that the builders came to favorable terms that were in our best interest as buyers. We had several occasions in which Paul advocated on our behalf to be sure that we received the best financial offer from the builder. At our closing, Paul’s impeccable attention to detail was evident and very much appreciated.

Paul was right there with us each step of the way. Each time we viewed a new property or model home, Paul would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.

In short, he was always on our side working to make our house construction/purchase so enjoyable and successful. Paul is a very genuine person and it was comforting that he was always more focused on answering our questions (we had a lot of them), giving us great advice, and finding a home that would
meet our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Throughout the past several months, Paul has been there every step of the way. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

We now consider Paul a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Paul and The Washington Team for being such pleasure to work with!

Exceptional Agent with the Experience to Prove it! We advised Paul that we wanted to sell, buy, and move into a new home within 90 days of meeting him. Paul was prepared, listened to our goals, and gave us game plan that delivered. 4 weeks later : Our property was on the market and sold within 8 hours of listing. We went under contract the same day of our new home and moved into our new home under 90 days of our first meeting! I wouldn't recommend choosing a pandemic as the best time to sell two homes and move to another state, but if you do, Paul is your guy. From our first meeting, we knew our situation was in the hands of a pro. Paul truly went above and beyond, handling multiple contractors, buyers, lenders, buyers' agents, and long distance closings, keeping us in the loop the entire time.
