Paul was superb in selling a home for us. At our initial meeting Paul communicated very well. Paul made suggestions on how to present the home. During the listing period he provided tips on how best to respond to offers. Paul was always punctual with updates. He is a great problem solver. Just prior to closing, when the buyer’s lender misjudged what the buyer could qualify for, Paul without hesitation came up with a gracious solution that allowed the sale to proceed. This action exceeded our expectations. Had we been working with a large corporate real estate company, that probably would not have happened. It is obvious that Paul has a passion to help his clients and has the knowledge needed to be at the top in the real estate profession. We have already recommended Paul to friends and family knowing they will also have a rewarding experience.

We were referred to Paul by our probate attorneys office. There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful of an experience we had working with Paul and the sale of an estate. My husband and I were all over the place and pretty lost when it came to so many things that involved selling this property. When there were bumps in the road, Paul always went above and beyond to alleviate stressors for us. There was even a time when we didnt know if we would sell the property publicly and Paul still helped us every step of the way. Paul truly treated us like family, even when the possibility of no commission existed. Paul is truly a class act. It was always apparent that Paul truly cared about us as clients and wanted the absolute best outcome for us no matter what it took on his end. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, and has a heart of gold. The real deal!

Paul was very attentive and patient through one of the biggest transactions in a persons life. He met at any time and worked with our already busy schedules! He is very knowledgeable, quick to explain something we didn’t understand, and friendly. Communication is important in these types of transactions. He was always checking in, sending new listings, listening to our requests, and sending appropriate listings based on our “house checklist.” Above all, didn’t feel pressure to buy something that maybe we would regret. Would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a house.

Paul is an amazing agent. We are first time home buyers and he diligently helped us find our home! In this crazy market, he provided excellent knowledge and helped us make well informed decisions. He listened to our likes and dislikes, needs and wants, and was constantly updating us of homes popping up on the market that meet our criteria. unexpectedly my brother passed away last summer and I had the experience of dealing with my bothers estate. He owned a home and there were renters in his house and other issues to deal with. I contacted Paul Williams about helping me with the sale of the house. Paul helped me sort out some of the decisions I was facing and I decided to put off the sale of the house until circumstances had changed.
it took 5 months before I was able to start cleaning the house and property to prepare it so It could be ready for sale. A few more issues came up through the process of putting the house up for sale and closing in which Paul was able to help me resolve. Paul carefully watched my back through the whole sale of the house and closing.

He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns, he basically took care of everything for me. He was spot on for a listing price and strategy for marketing the property. Paul worked with me to sell my mother's home and I couldn't be more pleased. He helped us get the house ready for sale by identifying the high value things to touch up and leaving the low value items behind. Most important, he was so patient with my mom during the closing process and walked her through step by step. I give Paul 5 Stars! Paul is professional and responsive and easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and understood the type of property I'm looking for. He wasn't pushy or demanding personal information. But I mostly liked the fact he only asked the questions needed for the purchase of a home! Common pre-qualification questions
