I waited to find the right words to write this review. I knew of Paul Wolfert from his really insightful and engaging YouTube channel “Moving Michigan.”
I reached him for some advice that I needed the same day. I was seriously floored. Not only was he super knowledgeable but also so responsive. Within a matter of hours, he not only did research and gave honest advice but also made a short video explaining his thought process and research.

Paul was simply amazing for us!! We reached out to several different agents all around Michigan and Paul definitely had the best vibes and strongest knowledge of not only the area, but also relocation experience. We moved all the way from Southern California so most of our needs were virtual. Any time we loved a house, Paul would immediately set up a video tour for us and send us links to view. It was extremely helpful while we were in California. We managed to jump on a plane one weekend to check out a few houses we loved and he made time to check out everything we wanted to see. He was the one that found our house for us as we somehow missed this listing so we wouldn't be where we are without him. Thank you Paul!

I honestly feel bad that it took me this long to leave this review, because people really need to know how great of a job Paul Wolfert did for us.

Paul was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He always answered our phone calls, never made us feel rushed, and was incredibly responsive no matter what came up. Because of our work schedules, meeting during normal hours was difficult — and Paul went out of his way to meet with us after hours multiple times without hesitation. That level of dedication is rare.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. We never felt pressured, and we always felt informed and confident in our decisions because of him.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is reliable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his clients, Paul Wolfert is the one. I can’t recommend him enough — and I wish I had left this review sooner.

Paul gave great advice on key factors like school districts, area outlook, and hidden costs and considerations. He was able to set expectations for us regarding buying land vs just a house. He steered us away from several properties that would have been a bad fit for us, and helped us complete due diligence as well. He was incredibly responsive too, this was the most pleasant surprise. You always get the impression that realtors are busy and don't have time for quick responses, but he proved us wrong. In short, Paul exceeded our expectations of him from his Youtube channel!

I reached out to Paul after watching some of his videos on YouTube (highly recommend watching them btw), and he's been an absolute delight to work with when purchasing my house in Ferndale - super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and has an extensive rolodex that'll help you buy or sell a house at a fair price.

Like a lot of first time homebuyers, I've been in and out of the market over the past couple years (even looked at a few different cities/states) and have worked with a handful of agents that never really seemed to have a good baseline knowledge on the area, negotiations, etc. I can guarantee you won't have that issue with Paul, and I'd highly recommend at least having a call with him to discuss your goals.

We(My wife and I) first found Paul on the internet through his Youtube channel. We were doing research for buying our first house and we agreed a lot with what Paul was saying on his channel. Finally we decided that it was time to get in touch with a broker and start the house hunting process. We chose Paul and to our surprise he was exactly the same ( polite and excited at the same time) like we saw him in his videos.

He has been really helpfull with our search of a house and never gave us any bad suggestions. Infact during the house hunting the market was really hot and he still managed to give us equal importance and went to multiple house viewing. In some cases he even told us whether we should go for a house or not based on our budget and because in some cases we were running out of patience. He helped us with everything and the whole process was really smooth.

Paul has not just earned our trust but our respect as well.

As a first time homebuyer Buying from outside the state, he made the process as easy as possible so much so when it was time to sell our home-there was no question between me and my spouse that Paul was getting the listing. I believe Zillow set me up with Paul when I decided to “look” at houses in my area after another rent increase. I owe Zillow a fruit basket.
