Paul was awesome to work with! My partner and I are first time home buyers and we were looking in the Oakland/San Leandro area. The market is really competitive right now with everyone wanting more space and low interest rates. Paul's knowledge of the market, networking skills, and relationship building skills helped our offer get accepted as we were up against multiple offers. We trusted him and we were not disappointed! After our offer was accepted on a house in San Leandro, Paul was still very much part of the process and very communicative. He helped educate us along every step of the way. Paul did everything he could to make sure we got the best price and got the home we wanted. Now after we've moved in, he hooked us up with some of his vendors and so far we are just in awe of how much Paul has done for us. You won't be disappointed working with Paul!
