We cannot begin to express how fortunate we were to work with The Paula Clark Group as our realtor. From the very beginning, Paula and Patty made my husband and I comfortable in relying upon their expertise, skills and ability to find us the home we were looking for. We had been searching for our first home for over a year and a half, and had used a handful of other realtors. Paula (“Boss Lady”) Clark. I gave her this name because she took charge after two failed “under contract” real estate deals with a previous inexperienced broker. I initiated a call to Paula and got a quick response and meeting. She assured me after the meeting that she would take me to the “closing table” and Boss Lady Clark delivered on her promise! After 35 years in our much loved home we asked Paula Clarke of Paula Clarke Team, Coldwell Banker, in Hillsdale to make recommendations of what we should update/paint/repair in our home prior to putting it on the market. We were happy to have the advice of a professional and we managed to make the changes at our leisure. Meanwhile, we purchased our new home. Putting our home up for sale in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was no easy feat. With no Open Houses being held and potential buyers viewing the sale via the web Paula advised us she would stage our house to promote the property. Paula was with us every step of the way making suggestions and recommendations. We sold our house not once but twice as the first sale fell through.
