About Paula

Over 20 years ago, Paula purchased her first investment property just steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Consisting of a federal style 125-year-old hotel and carriage house, she was blessed to have her renovation and restoration efforts filmed for HGTV’s “If Walls Could Talk.” Her passion for architectural design continues today as her family resides in a 1927 Tudor revival property designed by prominent architect Hugh T. Keyes. Since moving to Grosse Pointe in 2000, she has purchased, renovated, rented, and sold numerous investment properties both residential and commercial.

With many years of corporate experience as an engineer, marketing manager, and consultant coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit as a Detroit small business owner and real estate investor, Paula is passionate about real estate, continually investigating every new home on the market. All this allows her to offer unique insights to her clients, enabling them to find that perfect house they can make into a home.

In her spare time, Paula enjoys 5k runs, cake decorating, and volunteering in numerous church and school activities including teaching Sunday school and VBS, Band and Orchestra Boosters, Art Fest and most recently, the Grosse Pointe Theatre.
