Paula has helped my husband and me buy and sell two homes in South Salem over a five year period. Having persuaded my aging mother to relocate from another town to a place closer to us in Salem, we turned to someone we've grown to trust. Paula was at her best as we navigated the search for a right-size, single level home that suited my octogenarian mother's needs and tastes. Once the search was narrowed to a select few, Paula was enormously helpful to Mom in working through the anxieties of closing a deal. I personally appreciated Paula's knowledgeable approach to issues and patient reassurance throughout the transaction. She is the consummate professional...and my Mom loves her!

We knew our family home in Salem was going to be sold when I started looking for a realtor in 2017 but I wanted someone who would wait until we were ready to sell -which didn't occur until 2019. I deeply appreciated NOT be continually pushed. I also wanted a realtor who treated our old (1952) house like a home, rather than as profit. The plus was in finding Paula also cared for our pets, a rascally Siamese (totally untrustworthy around people), and our Shepherd mix who took her guard dog duties seriously. She also provided a fotografer who took excellent fotos of the house. Our home sold on the first Open House in July, and except for the cash buyer negotiating the price down a bit later, everything went smoothly.
